Shipping Policy for COOLTECHNIE

This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping services, including processing times, costs, and delivery information. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping
    Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
    Cost: $6.99 for orders under $50; Free for orders over $50 within the United States.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
    Cost: $14.99 per order.

  • Overnight Shipping
    Delivery is guaranteed the next business day.
    Cost: $29.99 per order.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) or on weekends will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next available business day.

Important Note: While we strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that certain products or high-demand items may experience longer processing times. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email.


Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

COOLTECHNIE currently ships to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Our domestic shipping options are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

Shipping costs for standard, expedited, and overnight shipping are based on your order’s weight and destination address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: Orders over $50 within the United States are eligible for free standard shipping. This applies only to Standard Shipping and does not apply to expedited or overnight shipping methods.


International Shipping

COOLTECHNIE offers international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and shipping method selected. Please note that international shipping typically takes 7–21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination.

Important Notes:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be levied by the destination country.
  • Customs policies vary widely by country. COOLTECHNIE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, occasionally, issues can arise during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact COOLTECHNIE customer support immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide you with the appropriate solution.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed as lost, we will assist you with a claim through the carrier and provide a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the claim.
  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

Please note that COOLTECHNIE is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, the customer should contact the carrier directly.


Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice any mistakes after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@cooltechnie.com to make corrections.

Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections if the package has already been processed or shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, COOLTECHNIE does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses that are not listed in the checkout process. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for locations that are restricted due to legal or logistical reasons.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more information on how to initiate a return.
